With over 15 years of experience, Christina Morris provides a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental space for healing and self-discovery. A double alumna of Radford University, she holds a B.S. in Social Work and an M.S. in Counseling and Human Development. Christina believes that while there is no "magic wand" for life’s challenges, there is immense power in having a dedicated professional walk alongside you on the journey. As an eclectic therapist, Christina tailors her approach to each individual’s unique path. She integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients meet their goals. She finds it a true privilege to provide individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on: Depression & Anxiety Grief & Loss Relationship & Parenting Issues Child & Adolescent Behavioral Concerns Adjustment Struggles Christina’s goal is to ensure every client feels safe to share their thoughts and experiences without fear of criticism or rejection. When she isn’t collaborating with clients, she stays grounded through hiking, reading, exercising, and studying nutrition. She also cherishes time spent with her family and her beloved "fur-babies."
